How to use

1. Open the lid and fill with water up to the max line.

2. Place in the freezer for 7–8 hours.

3. Twist the top and cup in opposite directions 3–4 times to loosen the ice.

4. Gently roll the ice over your skin in upward strokes.

Tip: Freeze it with rose water, green tea or a few mint leaves for an extra spa feel.
